Privacy Policy

Glowset, developed by Perceptify, Inc., respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. We collect only what we need to make the app work, and nothing more. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

When you sign up, we receive an email address through email signup, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In so we can create and secure your account. The memories, lists, and preferences you save are stored on our servers so they sync across your devices. Your photos are never analyzed, scanned, or used for anything other than showing them back to you.

Glowset uses your device’s location only while you’re using the app — to show nearby places, calculate distances, and power the home-screen weather and AI briefing. We don’t keep a log of your GPS pings. When you search for a place, your query is sent to a third-party geocoding service to return address results.

For diagnostics, Glowset collects anonymous technical information such as app version, device type, and request timestamps so we can troubleshoot issues. The app does not include advertising SDKs, web cookies, or behavioral tracking, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Glowset is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, or by emailing us.
